I had a mixed experience at the Sapphire Plaza Hotel. The breakfast was big and varied, which I really enjoyed. but there were a few issues with the staff and facilities. The indoor pool was small, and I found it too chlorinated to use comfortably. Overall, my stay had its high points, but some areas need improvement.
